1) My care was excellent. The staff were all attentive. I was treated as urgent. 2) Recomend improvement in the temperature control of the ward. Fans were used where possible but there were insufficient numbers.

Good cleanliness in the ward. Courteous and helpful staff. Perhaps a quicker response to the "help" buzzer at nights but there was no over long delay.

Every individual concerned in my care has been truly wonderful. I have felt safe and cared for. As a light sleeper - it has been impossible getting any sleep. Apart from that I have overcome my fear of hospitals and operations.
